As a cornerstone in the production of electrolytic aluminum, the pre-baked anode holds a pivotal role, with approximately 0.5 ton of it being essential for every ton of electrolytic aluminum produced. More than just a conductive anode within the electrolytic cell, it actively participates in the electrochemical process, earning its title as the 'Heart' of pre-baked aluminum electrolytic cells. Its unparalleled quality crucially influences the economic efficiency of electrolytic aluminum production, positioning it as an indispensable material in modern aluminum smelting processes.
We are a comprehensive enterprise specializing in the large-scale production of calcined petroleum coke, graphite electrodes, and high-temperature grease. Our expansive main factory, founded in 2012 with a robust registered capital of 10 million yuan, spans 230 mu in the Economic Development Zone of Quzhou County, Handan City, Hebei Province. Strategically positioned at the nexus of Shanxi, Hebei, Shandong, and Henan provinces, and in close proximity to major highways Qinglan and Daguang, we have invested a significant 1 billion yuan in our facilities. Designed to produce an impressive 700,000 tons of calcined petroleum coke annually, our operations also smartly utilize waste heat to generate 1 million tons of steam per year. By 2018, we successfully launched the first project phase, operating six 60-tank calciners with an annual output of 350,000 tons of high-quality calcined petroleum coke, 500,000 tons of steam, and an impressive generation of 100 million kWh of power.
Our flagship product, calcined petroleum coke, finds versatile applications, serving predominantly as a vital raw material in aluminum pre-baking anodes, and extending its utility to casting, steelmaking carburizers, titanium dioxide production, lithium battery anode materials, and diverse chemical industries.
